I have already reported them, requested them (the site) not to bill me, yet, monthly I am still billed. What choices do I have? They have already taken money out of my account every month!

I have already reported them, requested them (the site) not to bill me, yet; monthly I am still billed. What choices do I have? They have already taken money out of my account every month! How do we stop this and how do I get my money back??? Inconsideratly ; from a free credit site. They some how got me to sign my life away. I want it to stop.
