I have has NOTHING but trouble with these people. Right from the start it takes forever on the phone after few choices on the automated system to get a live advisor, which are from another country, though they might speak english they say "i understand when they dont. My last gig I had to replace once again a cheap phone I got. I had limited time for internet bieng I did not have it at home and was working overtime. I forgot to send the old phone back right away so I get a 4 day warning that they are truning off my phone. I call and told them I lsot the envelope. I aske dfor an extension for i didnt know i neede to get in back in 30 days. HE says its electronic and cant do it, they need to scan upon getting phone. I was told it would be quicker to mail myself then to wait fro them to send another prepaid envelope. I did $1.56 they had mentioned tracking but i asked what the h*ll does it matter since you wont do anything unitl you get it. Big mistake. I was in WI they are in IN maybe 300 miles at best. 3dqays later no service 5 days later no service I called both times and got this crap about tracking #. The second time i lied and said i lost it. Point is I know it had to get there and this time unlike the last time I included the order# on a piece of paper I wrapped around it. So it loosk like they jsut throw it away if they dont get an "officlal" envelope. They cant connect me with the office in IN.
