Cleco power service to our neighborhood equals fail at every level. Even in non-event situations, their loss of power is regular, and their restoration of power lags days and sometimes weeks behind all of the other local providers. Our Washington St. Tammany power neighbors typically have power the next day, even the same day after events, Cleco will always lag behind by days sometimes weeks. Their customer service is poor, when inquiring about an eta on the power they would provided none. The agent even responded to a comment with "if you want reliable power, move somewhere else." Cleco is fail at every level, my observation after being a customer for over 20 years. Cleco = unreliable power service, even during non-events, everyone in our neighborhood has to have a generator in order to provide our own power on a regular basis. Cleco = fail.
