My problem with citifinancial auto began on Nov. 30th. That was the day my monthly payment of $320 was supposed to be left in my account dure to a previous 2 month deferrment at the request of an repres

So the rep asked me if i would like a 2 month deferrment, i agreed to that since i wasnt able to make Oct. Payment. So Oct.& Nov. Payments were set up as deferred or @ least i thought. When NOv. 30th came around i had seen where they had drafted the payment out anyway, so i called them and was instructed to send in a running bank satement which in did. Even tho they seen in their notes where i was on a 2mo deferrment. The rep then stated once recieved they can start the process of a reversal of funds. They got my fax on tues! I had to stay on the phone an hour and a half to speak with a manager after being switched to numerous reps who all asks the same redundant questions to verify you are who. Uugh! Needless to say today is sat dec 12 and my money still havent been posted to my account after being told it had been processed by a manager! I was then told today 12/12/09 that an operations manager has to make the funds avaliable!!!??? Seriously what type of crap is this!!! They are the absolute worst company to do so called business with!
