Citifinancial, took payment that was for mortgage and thru it into escrow and said that payment was never received

I've been fighting with citifinancial, now for over Three months to post my account as current for a payment that they said that they haven't received.
I've spoken with at least EIGHT people to correct their mistake. At first I spoke with Monica 1.800.753.3673 that I didn't send in the correct balance-which was $15.00. After I sent that in, it was always something else. After each call, I always stated "now, is there anything else and is my account up to balance" and the answer was always yes. Then a few weeks after that, the harrassing call started, either I was late or they never received my payments.

I spoke with an Adam, he said he saw where they had posted one of the payment (s) to escrow and that he would have them repost that payment and that all late fees will be corrected as well. Then a few later, I called back to make sure that was done and Dinh Nguyen @ 1-877.779.8058x52637 assure me that will be done. To this date, my account is still in negative. I've spoken with Garcia, Mandy, Rebecca, Jill & Margaret. There's never a need to speak to a Mgr. Or Supervisor (you'll either get hunged up on or put on hold to listen too music for 10-20 minutes.)

I have spoken with Kim Johnson (RUDE at it's best) 1.877.779.8058x52351, who says that she is the account manager for my account but she can't find the missing payment and repost the account. Last week I spoke with her and her comments too me were "WHAT" and "HURRY UP"-needless to say, I went OFF. Kim, transferred me too her Mgr. "Koby" (RUDE as well) 1.877.779.8058x52725 and he stated because "AUGUST" payment was never received and that it was my job to prove that it was made.

Well, I had the bank pulled ALL my checks made out to Citifinancial for the year. Needless to say, that "AUGUST" payment was received by Citifinancial and posted it too their bank account, but my payment was never posted to my mortgage and as of TODAY is still considered deliquent.

My last attempt, is to contact the Director of the Phoenix district by the name of Kim Peterson. 14415 South 50th St. Phoenix, Az. 85044 as well as contact the Attorney General to start a proceeding against Citifinancial and there practices
