Im so upset that I was suckered into buying the car I did. Worst of all, the horrible finance company I am now wtih. I should have stayed with Toyota credit. I bought a car feb. My apr is 22%, my car payment is $520.00. Anyways, I needed a deferment in August. I set up the payment for the following month and was told I was now current. I never thought anything wrong about it. I payed my car payment almost a year, no hassle from the company.

Then I fell into a problem where I needed another deferment. This was around april. I called and spoke to the regular customer service dept, where they are also not trained. I explained that I had set up a payment to be deducted from my account in 2 days and could I please cancel it and deferrr that payment. She said there was no way to cancel it, because it was all done by computer. I told her that the funds were not going to be in there and I didnt want to be charged the fees from the bank. She had suggested to put a stop payment. She took my payment for the following month because they do that. I gave her my info and set it up for the 17th of that following month. She gave me a cnfirmation number and told me she would send the papers and to sign and send back. I recieved the deferrment papers and did as she said. I faxed everything to the number and I thought that was it. I did go to the bank and did a stop payment. I got a call about 5 days following the conversation from a laday named lauren who I was told is my account rep (?) she started yelling at me on the phone and telling me I went to the bank and put a stop payment.

I was so confused. I told her I did, and deferred that payment and set up a payment for May 17th to be deducted. She told me I was lying and they needed that payment to deferr may. I laughed and said no thats not what I was told. I asked her how I was deferring may if I got a confirmation number saying that funds would be deducted may 17? She kept yelling at me and told me "what was I going to do now?' she was so mean. I was crying telling her that this was not my fault. I did as i was told. She kept saying she was comming to take the care I now owe over 1200.00. And that she denied my deferrment. I was so angry. I hung up on her.

These people know what they are doing. They post incorrect payments on days to make you fall behind.

So, I was stressing out. I went in my purse and saw that all the information I had was correct. I even had the reps name who took my deferrment and set me up for the future may payment.

10 min went by and I recieve a call from some ghetto guy saying he was in the repo dept. I told him I wanted to speek to a superviser of laurens. He kept telling me I couldnt and i told him I had all the proof that i was deferring aprils payment not mays. Because I was set up for a payment in may. He said he didnt know what the girl was thinking. That I should have paid april and deferred may. I told him thats not what she told me and for her bad training i get a call telling me im s lier and you guys are taking my car. I told him I would conatct a lawyer and take them to court. He went on to say that lauren was just mad and to excuse her. And he can see that Im trying to make payments and lets just leave this all behind us. I asked why she didnt see in the notes that I was deferrring april and not may, he stated there were no notes and they have to be careful because that looks like they are embezling money.

He deferred the payment. That was it. I was still upset and called regular reps. I spoke to a lady who said she did see the notes from the lady who took my deferrment. So... The repo guy lied and I dont know what lauren was upto? I think this company post incorrect payments and the employees are embezeling money. There was no excuse for lauren to call me all she had to do was read.

I am having trouble with expenses from my ex not paying child support. I was late on my car payment. I recieved a call from april, returned her call then spoke to joe dawson. He had told me I had to wait to do a deferrment because I was not over 30 days, or right below. That confused me so I waited and called him back, when I called some jerk said I couldnt talk to him because I was not over 30 days. I explained to him that he had told me to call him back. He said okay let me get him then transferred me. I was pissed! This lady named lorinda in under 30 plus. Thay call it, asked if she could help me. I told her that joe dawson called me and told me I could deferr and to call him back. She said I couldnt talk to him. She sais she could take a payment for oct. And deferr nov and that would make me current. I told her okay, she took my payment and 110.00 worth of late fees. She told me she would send me the deferrment papers and to fax it when i get it. Then call three days from that to see if they recieved it. I did as they said. I called in 3 days later and i was told it was denied because it was the same excuse as last time. I said what? Excuse, do you want me to lie and make something up next time. I told them i m having financial problems with my ex not paying child support and it has caused me to fall behind and with icombe taxes i would be cought up.

She said i could talk to a manager. She transferred me. I spoke to yvonna who said she is tha accounts manager. A little confused as to who lauren is if she is my account rep? Anyways... I asked her why I was called and told that they can approver me for a deferemt and I set everything up and it was denied because same reason from last time. She said shes sorry and understands, buth there was nothing that could be done. I told her I would send my payment in on the 15th. She said okay and told me to have a nice day.

Today is Nov. 28th and I got a call from the unknown caller. Centrix! I answered nice and this ghetto girl (I say ghetto because they talk horrible slang and dont know how to talk) asked me when I was making a payment? I told her that my deferrment was denied and i spoke to the account mamanger who was supposed to note the account. (keep in mind I am only 8 days late, righ now. I was told the deferrment would go through) she said she didnt and when was I going to pay? I told her on the 15th because Im now going to be one payment behind because the deferrment fell through. She said"ohhh, No. You ganna have it by when?" I repeted myself and said dec. 15th. She said you know whe not ganna wait that long right?

I told her I could really careless how long she waited, and I would be caught up with income taxes. She went on to tell me that my deferrmet was denied due to the same reason from last time. I laughed and sais yeah your right. I didnt know I had to put a different reason i thought you needed a true reason as to why im late. She went on to talk all stupid and say I have until today to make my payment or "They ganna take the car" i told her to lerm proper english and to get over herself and hung up.

I called back and spoke to the regular customer servise dept. I asked why i was offered a deferrment to deny me. And asked if my car was going to be picked up. She looked at my account and said no. She told me that in there system they have that I was over 30 days 4 times. Which is crap. I have all the western union payments and they have the dates on them. She said I was also late 60 days one time. I laughed and said they are doing something to my account posting things to make it look elike I was lat eso they get money. She agreed that I should dispute this. She told me when they recieve a westurn union payment it goes to them in 20 seconds. My payments get posted after 30days making it look like thats when I did the payment. This is crap... They make you lose controll of your account and get confused. They did not report it to my credit but they put that in there system to get money... Im contacting my lien holder velocity credit union entric is there collecter. I want them to know they are nothing but fraud. There own employees say it. I wont burn who I talked to but he told me what they are all about. Theres no point in contacting centrix corp. They are as corrupt as them!!!
