They are confusing me

Obviously the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing... I wanted to pay extra on the principle but when i did all it did was decrease the next monthly payment... I called... They said id have to be three months ahead in my payments... That is undoable... At 350 a month for a 2004 colorado... No. Undoable... So i called again inquiring bout this and a diff lady said id have to mail in a separate mo towards the principle. Yes she said. I can make payments towards the principle... So i did. And again they decreased the next payment... Well now due to an illness i asked if i could get a deferrment and they said i am eligible and i heard nothing after that so wen i did call they said that i had to make a partial payment of 175 dollars to be qualified for the deferrment... Why didnt any one tell me that i asked other wise i would have made that payment to have my payments tacked on to the end of the loan... This is the worse bank ive ever dealt with... My other bank let me deferr payments this one wont do anything for me... Lower my interest rate i say... Im paying them over 6 thousand for this truck... Thinkin bout surrendering it
