I have been a customer of XM radio for many years, after getting my latest billing statement (3 weeks after it was due). I called the number on the statement (Listernercare) after many times of waiting for 10 -15 mins at a time, never getting thru Next day I looked for numbers on the internet and finally found one that got me to a Corp. Person I was interested in see if they had different plans she didn't care and just offer to cancel my account and could care less about trying to keep me as a customer. I will now tell many of my associates how I was treated and how bad the phone system for XM Radio is
