When i started my service with them it was march i paid in full for the year. I called to cancel my service they canceled it too soon. So they offered me two months free. I told them i didn't want the two mos free we wanted what we paid for. Then we wanted our radios turned off cause i couldnt afford to renew at this time. The lady informed me no problem that she would give me the two mos free then at the end of the two mos it was noted in my acc to cancel. I thought at the end of term it was over no big deal.

Well i got a note from a collections telling me they were trying to collect 31.58. I called to find out what was going on i had 6 different people tell me oh i see the problem but i cant fix it unless you buy another radio then we can credit that amount to the new radio. I again explained to them no i dont want anouther raido at this time i cant afford it right now. Then they go oh well theres nothing i can do for you. I was offered a new radio by three different people.instead of taking care of problem they hung up on me they transfered, me serveal times. I was on phone for two hrs just for them to tell me oh i see the problem and i am sorry but unless you buy another radio theres nothing i can do. I called two days in a row tring to get this taken care of, please help me thanks.
