I bought my husband an XM radio for Christmas and after a few months, decided that I wanted one too. I called XM and asked them to send me a second radio on my account. During the order, the rep said she'd had an error and had to resubmit the order. 4 days later, I had not one but two new radios. I contacted customer service and they told me to just send the extra radio back, no problem. I did so. When my first bill arrived, I realized I was being charged for... 3 radios. I called customer service and after being disconnected twice, transferred 4 times and being refused the right to speak with a supervisor, they told me everything was handled and I would not be getting charged for service any longer. On my next months credit card statement was a charge for... An early termination fee for the third radio that I had never wanted in the first place. They still to this day have not credited my account and I have been unable to find a rep who speaks English. XM, I love your radio options but despise you incapable staff.
