VICTIMS of Identity theft, check fraud etc. If you have been given a Fraudulent check etc. Report it to your local Police Department in your area and go through the proper channels. I spoke to this person over the phone and he proceeded to ask me the crime VICTIM a series of questions which I felt were invasive, intrusive. Wanted my Social Security Number, DOB, all my banking information, Credit Card Information, DL Number, past addresses, I am not certain but, I think he wanted to run my credit over the phone as well and also mentioned something about if I owed back taxes??? This person is NOT a Law Enforcement Officer so, be very careful he wanted more information on the victim than the Perps. After you fill out that form and giving all your information who are they really going to be doing the investigation on the Perp or the victim? Beware!!
