My company has been receiving a bill from Qwest. USBI has been billing in addition through Qwest on behalf of Ridley Telephone Company.
When I call USBI, they had no knowledge of our being billed, however. I called Qwest and they promised to return the charges back to the original company and refused to bill through for them on that incident.
My advice is if you get a charge like that call the number for questions, then call your local carrier and tell them that there is no legitimate explanation and they will be helpful.
