On your local phone bill-QWEST, you will see a transaction billed on behalf of Tralee Phone Comp.-bottom of bill will state that the portion of this bill is provided as a service to USBI and has no connection to QWEST.

This company, USBI/Tralee is a riipoff scam. The thing is with so masny complaints-you would think QWEST would be on top of this. Pay attention to your billed. I was told by QWEST the charges would be taken off my bill but to contact USBI as well. Unable to get through, but continuing to try. Be careful!!!
