USBI - Ridley Telephone Company
Usbi, ridley telephone company had no authorization to bill me as my long distance carrier

I've had qwest as my local phone service for over 2 years and i noticed that my bill was higher than usual. So i called and i found out that i was also being billed by usbi for ridley telephone company as my long distance carrier. I had not authorized them to be my long distance carrier. Since i found out, i've been trying to contact them but the wait time would always be more than an hour. I need to know why they are billing me and who authorized them to be my long distance carrier???
