Unauthorized charges appeared on my Qwest local service phone bill, from 'Tralee Telephone Company', somehow affiliated with a company named 'USBI'. I have never done business with, or even heard of these companies. It is disturbing USBI and/or Tralee Telephone Company have the capability to bill for services never delivered, or even requested, on another company's otherwise legitimate phone bill (Qwest). The relatively small amounts charged ($15-30 or so) appear designed to be overlooked by some consumers, thereby lining pockets of some loophole exploiting criminals. Companies like Qwest should not do business with such people or suffer the consequences of a loss of customers.
