I returned items and they were delivered to the company on 5/6/09, I still have not received my refund. Apparently they have to sit in their warehouse for 4 weeks, and it takes another two weeks to process the credit. Do not loose your proof of delivery receipt or you are out of luck getting your money back. The company owes me well over 200 dollars. Today 6-16 I called and they stated they are still behind in processing returns and they will try to put a rush on it. They asked me to call back in another week if I still have not received my refund.
