I have decided to write this letter after over a year of living with the pain of what JOSEPH A MINOR & ALL CITIES REALTY did to my family.in 2008 JOSEPH A MINOR & ALL CITIES REALTY swindled my elder family member out of her property immediately within 1 month after her husband died to gain the property for his personal gains. He has intimidated my elder family and bullied his way with threat of lawsuits and using his background of prior lawsuits to get his way. This man will do what ever it takes to gain a dollar and will sue for any reason. He has tried to threaten others that have posted on this site as he states the following rebuttal. "We have plenty of info on you Brian and you need to recant what you say or there will be consequences" as quoted by Joseph A Minor in other report. This man and his company have made a living at suing others as can be found thru out the net. He is a clear cut case of taking advantage of the judicial system.
My family does not want to see any others or elders hurt or took advantage of by JOSEPH A MINOR & ALL CITIES REALTY. We feel that after the hurt we have been thru maybe our post will prevent any more pain to others.
