I have ordered a couple ot items from this company and they immediately debited my bank account and I have now had to return the items. They have had one of my returns for a month now and have not credited my account back with the money. I was just told to give it a couple more weeks which will be about 6 weeks of them holding my money from the first order. I guess I will have to give it 4 weeks to check on my second returned order since they have only had it for two weeks now. I have contacted them a few times already and am always told the same thing... It is in our warehouse waiting to be processed.
What the crap... They sure got the order processed rapidly but getting the returns processed seems to be next to impossible. I am wondering if and when I will get my money back but one thing is for sure... My days of shopping with them are OVER!!!
