I have experienced exactly what everyone else has reported in regards to this awful company. The "players" in this game/scam are the following: Jeff Allen (Regional Sales Director), Gloria (art department representative), Linda Miller (billing department/customer service), and of course the one and only Marty Hecht (art department director/vice president of NAC). I'm sure there are more, but these are the only people I have had the "pleasure" to speak with.
This company will lie straight to you. You will receive an ad with mistakes in it (or in my case the wrong ad completely). You will get a magazine delivered to an incorrect location (and that's assuming the magazine was even sent!). You will have money deducted from your bank account without having received the services that you were promised. You will receive poor, unprofessional, and rude service when you try to contact the company.
This company is a real class act! Yeah right! Every step of the way with this company has been a painful, aggravating, disappointing experience.
I personally called up and spoke with every single advertiser in the one issue I picked up and all of the other nine clients had the same experience that I had, right down to the money thing. One client told me that NAC threaten to sue him when he complained of services not received and wanted to cancel the contract!
Did you know that in the last 36 months the BBB website sites this company with 170 complaints? I know there is more out there. Post a complaint at the minimum people. You know what Marty Hecht had to say about the amount of complaints?"I don't care! We work with 25,000 fluid customers. There is always going to be someone that isn't happy. What do I care about 120 people? That's nothing to me!" That's the V.P. People. If that's what you are going to get with someone that high up the ladder, you know this company is bogus, dark, evil and you will never receive any professionalism from them ever.
By the way, every advertiser that I spoke with is on board with helping to expose and bring down this company. I'm sure many of you would like to as well. I notice Brian from Camarillo, California is currently taking the company to court. If there is some way we can help him and ourselves out, let's do it! I'm appalled to see that this is happening to people all over the U.S.
