Entertainment extra magazine sales man came to my restaurant here in El Paso Texas offering advertisement in their magazine, sales man Andy Andrews explained to me using very nice "talking" and got me enrolled in Entertainment extra magazine, I signed the contract which I did not read well at the moment because sales man kept talking to me about the magazine and its benefits, that same day I sent an email to their art department with some samples of my logo, graphics and some old adds I had in file, they supposedly do myads art work but what they did they took one of my old adds and printed in the 1st issue which I did not proof.
I called Entertainment extra magazine to complain about it but they only kept transferring me to multiple departments and no body provided an answer.
Later found out that all of the sales man "word" were just lies he lied almost in every single thing he promised.
Now Entertainment extra magazine took $208.00 dollars from my account without my authorization, and the December issue is not here but the Las Cruces NM November Issue they have many problem with everything and they are very rude people my bank is trying to recover the money they took from me.
