I should have read these reports a years ago before we got involved with this company. Basicly we were ripped off just like everyone else is reporting. We paid for an ad no one ever saw and still being billed by them monthly for a service we did not receive and to make matters worst we paid them already. Do not get involved with this company. No one answers the phone and if they do they hang up on you. They got us for over $1,000. Don't let it happen to you. They will tell you, your ad will be in a magazine that will be given out in the grocery store.
The magazine does not exist according to two Store Managers at Stop and Shop here in NY. Every month I get a bill from anyone of there 5 company names National Advertising Center, Entertainment Extra, Entertainment Buzz, Corporate Offices or Video Reporter. And when I call to correct the problem there is no one there to speak to. I leave a message and never get a call back. This has been going on for over a year. Like I said before don't get involed with them there are 275 complaints filed against them with the BBB.
