Let me explain what happen to me. I am still very angry over the situation and can not believe the lies or set up that occurred. I was scheduled to have a tractor fixed at my home by a technician on May 15 sometime between 8 am - 4 pm. I took the day off from work and waited until around 3:30 and my wife called in and customer service put her on hold and then told her that the repair man was running behind and had one more stop before coming to us.
Some time after 5 pm my phone rang and before I could get to it they hung up, I noticed that it was Sears so I called back and spoke to a customer service rep who kindly advised me that the repair man called earlier and there was no answer so he cancelled the appointment. This is bull because we were told that he was coming at 3:30 pm that he was running late and he had one more stop before us. SOOO how do you explain that.
