December 29th I placed an order for repair for my fridge from 8am-12pm online. At 1pm I got no phone call to say that the technician was running late or why he wasn't at my house. So I spoke to Elizabeth from customer service and she "reassured" me that I was next and the technician would also call me for an approx update. The technician never called and it is 220pm. I called customer service again and spoke to Oscar who hung up on me. Called again and spoke to Shelly at 2:30. She "reassured" me that I was "DEFINATELY NEXT" and the technician would be there shortly. So I took off of work, had to cancel my daughter's dermatology appointment since it was my day off and daughter's day off since winter break. Spent 7hrs waiting STILL at 3pm and NO CALL AND NO SEARS GUY! Absolutly ridiculous! I should not have to pay a cent for any repairs today or be reimbursed!!! I have been more than inconvienienced and my family as well! This technician is inconsiderate and should be fired! This is an absolute shame because I have in the past had Sear repair items and I don't know if I can ever call for any service from Sears again!
