I orders via internet repair service from sears brand central on saturday april the 9th. The repair was scheduled for the 12th between 1P.M. And 5P.M. The repair tech arrived at 3:45 P.M. And said the fan motor needed replacing.
He said he didn't have the part needed and would order it and have it delivered
to my home around thursday that same week. After not receiving the part on thursday, I started calling Sears brand ccentral to find out the status of the oorder. No one at customer service service seemed to know about the repair oorder but after calling again on monday the customer service rep found out the computer systom was down at the time the repair tech ordered the part.
The customer service rep would contact the repair about the mixup. About an hour latter the repair tech called me at work saying he was at the house with the part waiting to repair the rrefrigerater. I didn't know about this new schedule and told him I couldn't change my schedule. We agreed to a 4:00

Meeting on tuesday and I rearranged my schedule so I could him at my house.
At 4:00 I called sears to confirm the arrangement but was told the appointment was for wednesday between 8A.M. And 12 noon. I was not told of this new appointment and was quite upset
about the treatment sears has given me about their "service". When I complained
to the customer service rep, she put me on hold and didn't return. I called back
aand after explaining the situation was put on hold and after 9 minutes was hung up on again.
