I named 1 800-Bed and was offered a King Koil mattress collection. The bed was shipped setup and was good for just two weeks till it caved in in the center like attempting to rest in a seafood bowl. I named 800 Bed several times within the next six months plus they kept saying to turn or change the bed and it'll correct. This didn't function and so I required them to send a repetition to examine it. They stated I've to get hold of the maker King Koil and they'll look after it. The maker for my King Koil mattress was Dixie Bedding in Ohio 305-634-4959. I named plus they stated you've to deliver or provide the mattress to us in ohio that was 100 miles away so we are able to examine it. Since I have have the mattress was 100% faulty and useless I got the mattress for them. After I reached what appeared as if a legal detention centre Dixie Bed, then they stated I'd need to abandon the sleep for that examination, we couldn't delay, they didn't worry about my 200-mile RT push. I went home and got a phone 24 hours later in the future obtain the mattress since its good and never likely to be changed. I returned to Ohio to try and keep in touch with them, all-they stated is here now is the mattress and abandon, they declined to speak about the problem. I'm quit today to consider appropriate motion and document grievances such as this to alert additional buyers. The training learned is never purchase a bed online from the business that's no shop in your town. Don't purchase a king koil mattress from anyone. Dixie bedding company in miami are fools.
