We bought a King Koil Mattress Feb. 17 from American Shipping. At that time of buy the salesman, Bob Botero guaranteed people of the 20 year guarantee. Which was 8 weeks ago. The bed we bought has collapsed on a single aspect. After I documented it for them they advised me the guarantee was useless since we didn't buy the basis with it. Which was not described once the purchase had been created. I browse the guarantee and in addition it stated nothing about this being useless, it suggested purchasing the basis. The building blocks our bed is relaxing on is in excellent situation and it is provided up for examination.
I also known as King Koil in Ohio where the bed was produced, they advised me they don't guarantee moments. Obviously we were unacquainted with the truth that we'd bought a faulty bed. Your bill doesn't study "As-Is" or such caution. I
