Horrible experience

After 14 years with Cablevision (with several grievances through the years), we created the error of changing to Verizon FIOS in October. We requested the Multiple Pack Pkge. - HD Excessive w/Multiple-space DVR and two extra containers in rooms - Highspeed Internet & Telephone. Because installment, we're not able to view a display (documented about the DVR) in either of both rooms without obtaining a conversation box stating "Not Able To Find Centre". At this time, you CAn't fast-forward, rewind or simply press okay without it starting back at the start. Attempting to fast-forward to locate your home just results in "not able to find centre" again otherwise the display stops and also you need to restart the container. We've named Verizon nearly every week for that previous a few months to repair the issue. The hours we have allocated to the telephone being handed around from individual to individual, possibly results in times. OVERLOOK ADMINISTRATORS, I actually donot believe they've any who've the nerve to keep in touch with you about their products or services should you may even have the ability to get ahold of 1. We have had technology folks below three times in the last week who've transformed all of the containers, cables, panels, etc., etc., etc. Also it nevertheless fails. We informed them to simply provide us a normal DVR for just one of the rooms and your investment multiple-space garbage because it fails anyhow. I actually donot care wherever they spend the bucks I deliver them every month, but I've never noticed so much garbage, lies, insufficient curiosity about customer support/relationships in my own life. No body at Verizon seemingly have any expert to produce choices. They'd instead invest a large number of bucks to possess anything re wired, technican/fix guy hours (to date 3 appointments) for atleast 8 hours, than to create it easy and simply provide us a DVR!!! They advise me of "Person Cells" you hear about. No body understands what continues in each division. It is nearly like they've a software they utilize to simply manage addressing basic issues. Other things not within their software gets all of them upset. The kicker listed here is we stay a stones throw from Verizon's Corporate Headquarters. You'd believe they'd have their work together of this type. Our guidance for you is "steer clear of the stress you'll almost certainly have & stay with your cable or satellite support". If by some WONDER, somebody at Verizon may step-up and come to a decision to approve a DVR container for that room, provide us a credit for that a few months of HECK, or postpone the $179 early termination charge and so I may return to my wire support where I'd anything I've today except I also had the two DVRis, I'll be pleased to record back having a more good statement on Verizon. Meanwhile, I provide Verizon a large Y on the record card due to their item, their insufficient understanding with this specific problem (that we think is most likely a application concern), their failure to repair the situation, their terrible customer support, their failure to create any type of choice or believe from the container, and administrationis failure to obtain concerned to solve any problems. PS Verizon admits that there's an issue however they have no idea just how to repair it. I've a laundry-list of names of individuals we have talked with in the last a few months but can give them one last chance to correct the issue before we begin losing these titles.
