On May 22 I'd changed over (bundled) to telephone, web and 4 Television' s. The Verizon specialist couldn't get my distant to function the set-top field. After ~ 3 months, I named along with a fresh set-top-box was sent. This didn't repair the problem. Calling back, I had been informed, a technology won't be sent for this issue. Verizon understands this can be a typical issue and certainly will send a RX wire. Ready for this... For that additional Television"S... Its $9.99/each!!! Method to NOT GET Verizon. Don't get connected with thse people... Worst customer support.
