Purchasing Verizon FIOS continues to be the largest mistake. I've lost hours of my entire life on-hold with customer support together and I've just had the support for 2 weeks. The final annoying event began recently. I improved my cable package and after 1-hour about the telephone with Verizon purchasing the brand new one, I had been informed it had been open to get in the Verizon Television Shop about 20 units from my home. After dealing with the shop, I had been subsequently informed that there is no report of me calling to switch the box, despite the fact that I'd a proof box. I waited in the shop for 1 and 1/2 hours while actually the Verizon assistance in the shop was hung-up on three times and placed on store for around 65 moments of this period. Lastly, these were therefore discouraged, they wrote me out a manual bill and delivered me house with the container and stated phone to possess it mounted upon arrival.
