I ordered a textbook from internationalbooks on Amazon (also known as Proquobooks). It was cheap at 6 or 7 dollars, and they had a decent feedback rating. Little did I know how much it sucks to be in that unsatisfied minority.
I ordered the book via expedited USPS shipping (estimate 2-6 business days) for a class I'm taking over winter break. Everything went smooth, until a week and a half later when I actually needed the book for the class and it still wasn't here.
I tried to contact them many, many times through the Amazon message/email system, their customer service email, as well as multiple phone calls. They never picked up the phones, and I got NO response via email.
They also provided me with an invalid tracking number for my order. I do not know for sure but some might say they were trying to give me false hope that my order would really arrive, you be the judge.
So basically, If I were you I would not take the chance of ordering through this company unless you don't mind losing your money or getting your order a month later (mine still hasn't showed up). If you want reliability, they don't have it.
