Hello i purchase 2 FIOS Providers, Residential and Company services. I had been guaranteed to get a complete month of coping with Verizon to obtain this purchase for the reason that I had been receiving 2 containers (2 ONTis mounted). I'd the company support mounted using the 1st container with no issues. Subsequently 3-week later after I eventually got a purchase set for Residential support, the specialist arrived and mounted anything on a single container in the place of adding a second one.
And Also To make things worse, i spend $100 a motnh for Company FIOS having a Fixed IP service (you CAn't get that on Residential Support) they will have to grab and dual-drop for that Residential service by obtained web bandwidth from my Company web connection to ensure that the Residential Television Support to perform right.
I wasn't in love with this which is misleading business methods. Had Verizon explained they were just likely to deploy simply the main one container I'd of never requested their Television company. And today they're declining to return out and deploy the Next ONT box-like they assured me for your month. What would you do?
