After studying various other grievances about Verizon, I really couldnot support but include my activities. Every bad remark regarding Verizon holds true and that I also have experienced myself through the years. I have had Verizon house phone providers for several years, JUST since that's what's obtainable in our region. I've no additional choice. After I keep in touch with the customer support representatives, many have now been good individuals plus they apologize for that payment mistakes, provide you with items to please your rage and never shed you like a client, simply to have me observe about the next statement that nothing they stated they'd do got done. You get about the telephone with customer support each month till they have it right, occasionally that requires many months. USUALLY jot down who you spoke to and also the day you spoke for them and precisely what they stated they'd do... Since many times I Have been informed they've "no report of this".

Our newest worries is the fact that I changed from Comcast cable to Verizon Fios to pack my providers hoping to conserve money, and also have been lamenting that since. It's just been 8 weeks, and it's really been a headache. I was advised I Would be bundling my providers and may possess a gift-card delivered to me or perhaps a particular quantity of savings on my statement for that first six months, and I find the savings. Besides the payment B.S., our wire support ceased focusing on one t.V. On the sunday. We named the aid # plus they strolled us through troubleshooting and decided we have to disconnect our container and go towards the Verizon shop and change it to get a new one. Reach the shop plus they inform me they've no report of the individual who informed us this plus they must have that within their program before they are able to provide us a brand new container otherwise it will not be triggered and because itis the weekend (a vacation weekend at that) they cannot get that solved for another 3 days! Ugh! We've never had issues such as this with comcast, of course if it were not for your $180 cost to stop our providers, we would be therefore completed with Verizon. The moment our agreement is up, we are losing them. You suck verizon!!!
