Upon reviewing my Verizon Phone bill I discovered two charges for services I have not or do not want or requested. I did not fill out anything on the internet for services.
I contacted Verizon and explained the situation and had them put a block on ESBI from charging.
I contacted the one company First Rate Voice Services and explained that I did not sign up for there services and they removed me from there records and credited my account.
I in turn contacted the second company Rocket Communications, they have no record of me as ever signing up for there services. They did not charge against my phone number and informed me that I should contact ESBI Directly. I called the number on the phone bill for them and they requested my phone number and connected me with First Rate Voice Services. It is a task to get beyond there automated system to talk to someone from ESBI, I did not answer and questions just pushed the "0" until an ESBI representative answered gave them my information, They have no record of charging for anything from Rocket Communications. But the charge is in black & white on my phone bill. This is not good, there could be someone in the company charging some how. I requested to talk to a supervisor. He was of no help, he also said that there is no charges from Rocket Communications so now I have to copy my bills and send them a letter so they can check it out in a month or so.
CAUTION Always check your phone bill do not just pay in case there are bogust charges!!!
