Very strange, after I cancelled my verizon phone (home phone), a strange bill came, with a $13.60 bill for ESBI for "VOICEMAIL MOFEE). Very strangely I never heard of this company, and never ordered any such a service.
They give the following phone number: (800) 460-0078, and internet address http://www.billview.com/esbi for inquires for this bill.
I just read on this site that others also where ripped off bu this company. I will have to file reports to every agency that protects consumers from this kind of things where a company can bill somebody for services never provided (especially that I canceled my phone for more than 1 month and this bill comes as something like "VOICEMAIL MOFEE" which I have no ideea what is...
As I see many people complaining about this bill are Verizon customers...
I wander if there is or not a connection...
And verizon after so many complaints should not allow this "firm" to bill on their phone and not let this "firm" to put charges on Verizon bills
