Continually charging phone bill w/o authorization since July after I cancelled it 4 times

I have been charged $9.99 on my Verizon phone bill since July. I have called them & ILD Teleservices every month to cancel this service, which I didn't authorize. I have had no luck.

I have not paid any of the charges. I don't know how this started; however, the ILD representatives said I authorized it. They even had my address. I did not authorize anything to be added to my phone bill.

I am filing this compaint & I am also going to file a complaint with the WV Attorney General's Office.

These companies are trying to rip-off unsuspecting people & also accuse them of authorizing the charges. Something needs to be done about ILD Teleservices & USCREDITREPAIR. I also feel Verizon holds blame in this situation also, they're doing the charging!
