ILD Teleservices
Voice Mail Ripoff

I noticed a charge on my telephone bill for MyBillingGuys voicemail. Verizon refused to remove this charge. I contacted MyBillingGuys, who turned out to be ILD Teleservices in Minneapolis and asked them to remove these charges. ILD Teleservices agreed to cancel my account but did not remove the charges from m Verizon bill and Verizon continued to charge me for this service. I finally complained to the Attorney General of Washington State. Today I received a check from ILD Teleservices for the charges but I am still onthe hook for $2.54 in State andf local taxes.
