Unauthorized $29.90 Phone Bill Charge From Unknown Companies

I received my Verizon phone bill in October to find a charge of $29.90 from ILD Teleservices on behalf of Members Edge, LLC. I have never heard of either of these companies, and did NOT authorize this to be billed to my phone bill.
