Ild teleservices ripoff

My Verizon telephone bill dated 02/05 has $30.85 billed
by the culprit ILD Teleservices for "NAT'L ONLINE INTRNT H". I never use ILD for any service under the sun.
I will contact Verizon to find out what are their operating
procedures with regard to third party billing, since any con artist like ILD can have their phony charge attached to the Verizon bill. I am going to put it in writing to Verizon.
