We just don't have good experienced with quest DSL costomer service, every time I talk to them I get different answer either the phone or DSL. The first time I sign up with qwest DSL, they keep charged us double every month for four months straight. I wasn't pay much attention to the monthly bill until it too late. I called them about double charge, the respond was, i have to pay a month ahead. I know i have to pay a month ahead on the first month not every month after. We never got the refund back and I end up disconnected the service.
This year 09 qwest have a promotion on their DSL again for 7MG $24.99 for one year so I though I'd give it another try and I did sign up for that plan (qwes is the only DSL provider here). They even assured us that what I'll pay $24.99 / mo for one year.
Then the first bill come, it all good. Second bill come $36.99 which is the regular price. I called Qwest they be able to credit us back and told us that i should see that gain (he fixed it). Third bill come, $36.99 again and the qwest rep. Don't understand why we are not paying the $36.99 and we told her that we singed up with the promotion that Qwest have for $24.99. We still have the prochure that qwest sent to us. She still couldn't find anything in the system about that promotion. They will give us a call back.
I'll update this post on next bill, if it keep doing this i have to disconect the service again and will never sign with quest again EVER.
