Qwest constantly screwed up my billing on my HOME and CELL phone! They double bill, pre-bill and tack on crap charges. They disconnected my cell phone ON MY BIRTHDAY by "mistake" when my contract expired, I went month to month (looking for better service) I point blank verified wiht their customer service that I was NOT authorizing a new contract. They said "No" it's month to month. Low and behold - when I said to disconnect, they tried to charge me some outrageous fee for a "contract" I wasn't in. I threatened to take it to the FTC and FCC. Then they dropped it.
I would NEVER reccommend QWEST to anyone. The home service is HORRIBLE too - they consistantly over charge me every month. Direct TV is no better either - they quoted me one price on the phone to keep me as a customer - then when the bill came, it was totally different!
