I signed my son on to the Sprint in Sept the 25th I bought the Samsung Phone that had the 100 dollar rebate offer, The said the wait on the rebate was a couple of weeks, it is now January and I have checked on the rebate several times. Now they say they mailed it to us in December and that if it wasn't here by Jan 16th I should call them back. I can't get through they say they are closed for the Holiday. WHAT Holiday? I want my rebate and I want it now. I don't care if they even just apply it to the bill. At least I would have the rebate.
