I was told by sprintpcs I would receive two 150.00 rebates if I purchased 2 phones I have been with sprint 4 yrs. I bought 1 phone at a sprint store and mailded in the rebate. The other was purchased several weeks later at a radio shack with sprint on the phone confirming the rebate so that was done instantly. I was then notified that because I swapped the numbers on the phones I could not get my rebate. The fact was I purchased 2 new phones for 2 lines on the same account and still am using those phones why would 1 be approved and not the other I have been on the phone with them for 3 weeks with promises from reps it would be resolved they even have in there notes I am owed the rebate but no one will honor it. We are switching to Cingular this month.
