I purchased a cell phone with a $100.00 rebate from Sprint. The salesman printed out another receipt for me to mail in for the $100.00 rebate. He told me the exact procedure for mailing it in.
Approximately 6 weeks later I get a postcard stating that they did not receive my receipt for my rebate. I telephoned the company and after being on hol for 30 minutes, the idiot gives me the canned answer, "I am not saying that you did not send the receipt, I am saying that we did not receive it".
I have since spoken to many people who had the exact same experience with their rebate.
Sprint is the absolute worse cell phone company. Always finding a way to rip me off.
