I, leroy, i order a cellphone back in july of this year, i pay $109.44 with my debite card, and now this sept. And i had not receive a phone or my money back, i call the phone which is 818-889-1789 and all i get is a recorder and i send around five e-mails it come back saying, your order has not yet shipped but is currently in fulfillment. Your order will ship as soon as possible. We have been back-logged due to high demand for the items you ordered. Your order will be shipped to as soon it arrives in our wharehouse and this all i get when i send a e-mail, this is what they tell me, when they send me a e-mail back, and they tell me in the e-mail, please do not call your credit card company to ask for refund as this may cause a delay in your refund.
I would like to sue, please find me a lawyer who would take my case, you can contact me at 330-xxx-xxxx home after 5:00 pm or 330-xxx-xxxx - cell anytime, i would like something doing right away, i been waiting too long already.
