I am inquiring about a complaint against a business called cellual -blowout. I have been fraudulently dealt with by Cellular Blowout.com of 29339 Agoura Hills. Cal. I can not get anyone to respond to my email or tel number I have no recourse so I am reporting it to you. I hope you can help me.
People on the WWW also have been ripped off. I bought a cell phone then canceled it and 1 email came back for a refund but since then 25 days ago I have not received a refund but worse than that is no calls or no emails answered.
I think that the business does not exist. I hop someone could help me.
