I should have checked here first. Other reports echo my experience exactly, including the offer of a free charger.
I had to inquire one week later before they told me the phone was backordered. Still is. No call back from phone messages (Josh, who supposedly handles cancellations). Once I mentioned "cancel" no response at all from website ticket log. ("However, should you wish to cancel your order and be refunded, please call 818-889-1789 ext. 216.")
I also note they say on their order status page that you should NOT contact your credit card bank. Hmmm..."Please do not call your credit card company to ask for refund as this may cause a delay in your refund.")
