I orderd a cellphone from Cellular Blowout back in September. The phone was supposed to ship the next day. After about two weeks I contacted Cellular Blowout about the order and recieved an email (which would not let me respond to) saying that the item was on back order but is now in stock and would be shipped in immediately. After another week I sent email to them requesting that the order be cancel and my credit card credited for the full amount. I did not receive a response to this email I have called this company a total of 5 times and get a recording telling me to leave my order number and telephone number and they will get back to me immediately. I still thave not received a call back or have not received a response back to any of the 4 emails i sent requesting that the order be cancelled and my credit card credited for the full amount. It has been two months and they still have not contacted me to let me know if my credit card will be credited for this amont. The phone's total cost was $196.00.
