This company is nothing more than a fascade by an amateur confidence trickster named Levie Masango (aka Levie N Masango, Ndoubede Mpako Masango, Ndoubede M Masango). This individual follows a specific modus operandi and method.
The abovenamed actually transits through charitable institutions such as Homeless Shelters or Church Mission Refuges. Whilst doing so, he solicits donations of cash from vulnerable or gullible contacts and eventually moves to a street address or prints letterhead stationery and business cards associated with that address, or the address of a the charitable institution that sheltered him, or the legitimate residential address of a gullible contact.
He extensively uses the return phone number of his benefactor, and their mailing address, to solicit business as an international consultant in import/export or poses as a Trade Representative of the Consulate of Cameroon. His intention is to obtain false business capital or goods and then abscond with the goods or proceeds without payment.
This individual recently registered his company in the US State of Kentucky. The company has no office in that state and no relevance to any economic activity in that state. The company is not registered in the state of Pennsylvania. His credentials and business profile would not pass inspection in that state.
His last known whereabouts were in Erie, Pennsylvania, USA, where he is currently residing in charitable domicile which cannot be detailed for privacy reasons. He has made several attempts to date to set up his fascade business and solicit goods.
The writer of this report was one individual, whose bona fide address and telephone number, Masango attempted to use to register his company and solicit business. He speaks with a heavy african accent and makes frequent illogical or manifestly implausable claims.
Under no circumstances should you offer to support, contribute to, or do business with this individual or his front company on any basis. A competant investigation of the above facts will establish and unmask his real intent. Should you actually make a monetary or business transaction with him which delinquents, you should immediately make law enforcement authorities aware of his activities and current contact details.
