Samuel Scales, III; possibly residing in Tampa, FL; GA or NC.
I'm am hoping somebody has some information on a deadbeat dad named Samuel Scales, III. This person owes his two younger children who reside in NC over $53,000 in past due child support. With arrears adding up monthly!
He has moved from NC, to GA, to FL, I believe to avoid paying child support. CSE (Child Support Enforcement) has been trying to locate him for over 3 years. When they finally get close to him, he moves or quits his job. He has 2 other children that live in GA that I know of, but he may have fathered MORE children, nobody really knows. He claims to be a man of God. Claims to go to church... And perhaps is involved in church on a regular basis; perhaps an usher or security gaurd. Yet he makes no attempts to fulfill his financial or fatherly obligations to his children!!! BEWARE!
I just want people to know what a scammer he is. He will lie to anyone who will fall for his lies. The few times he does have contact with his own children, he lies to them and disappoints them. I would love to get some information on his whereabouts, so he can start paying the child support his children deserve. If anyone has any information on him please respond.
If he is employed by a company, please note he is in contempt of court and may put your business in jeopardy, as there is a State ordered child support garnishment order in NC for support; and your business my be in contempt of court and not even be aware of that fact.
