These guys run the shadiest business! They're brokers for shipping truck companies. If you need something shipped, don't pick them! They charge you a fee and you think that's the total cost.
Beware! It's not! I got slapped with another fee. They charged my card without authorization. They said they got a final weight report from the trucking company and that my crate weight 300# lbs. What a joke. I paid almost $500 to have a carpet cleaning machine delivered from Missouri to Detroit. The machine only weighed 94#lbs!
You should know your weight and shipping fees up front. Don't use them. You've been warned!
